"Reception was just lovely. Excellent service. Outstanding organization and coordination. It was a VERY successful event, and I was very proud and happy to have been the host." - Karen 10/2013
Letort View- Anne Weddle & Matthew Halliwell 4/12/2014
Where it began: Through friends at Penn State
Favorite feature: Our favorite part was the ceremony at the Carlisle Barracks Chapel with a sword arch ceremony afterwards. We also liked the convenience of having the reception and ceremony so close together. Our favorite physical feature was probably the flowers and centerpieces and overall reception decor. Also, the food and service were great at the Letort View!
Venue: We chose the venue because we liked that it was set up really well for a cocktail hour and sit-down dinner. It had a good flow and plenty of space for all our guests to be comfortable. The event coordinator was really organized and helpful and made us feel confident that everything would run smoothly. The dance floor was perfect. The Letort View is a great value for the quality product you get.

"I just wanted to personally thank you again for hosting us for our recent event. You were so gracious and accommodating. Thank you for all your help. The food, venue and service were outstanding!" – Nicole 1/20/2015
Julia Andreoli & Chad Batdorf 6/15/2013
Where it began: Julia and Chad met at Bloomsburg University in 1999 Favorite feature: One of the unique aspects was that the relatives and friends were able to enjoy the Museum while waiting for the bride and groom to arrive. A tent was made available so guests could enjoy themselves inside and outside. The staff was great to work with and the food for the cocktail hour and dinner were fabulous.
Venue: The Army Heritage Center was chosen after Julia’s dad (retired Major in the Army National Guard) contacted the Army War College and was directed to the Heritage Center. After visiting the venue and meeting the staff, we were very excited to have the reception at AHEC. An added bonus was that, because it was a new facility, this would be the very first wedding reception held at AHEC.
Surprise: The bride’s surprise gift to the groom was a memorial on the grounds of the venue, in honor of the Groom’s Grandfather (Michael Jugan) who served during WWII.

The KCC has several options available to fit your personalized needs. It can seat up to 350 people with different styled seating to fit your customized needs. The KCC also offers a social area that holds up to 160 people and the Sergeants’ Grove picnic area which seats up to 165 people, a great option for an outdoor event.
"The Keystone Conference Center is perfect for a couple looking for a large reception space. It was also nice to have access to the entire building including the reception hall, bar area, foyer and porch… it provides a lot of room for guests to mingle. Overall we had a great experience!" - Wedding 4/5/2014
Katie Harper & Andrew Barlup 5/24/2014
Where it began: Andy and I attended the same high school, although we did not spend much time together. We went on a vacation with mutual friends about two years after graduating and started a friendship, and dating which lead to a great relationship, and marriage. Andy asked me to marry him in the same place we met on vacation, Outer Banks, NC.
Favorite feature: We had such a hard time pinning down our favorite part of the day! Andy’s favorite part was dinner and dancing, while I appreciated the little details and decorations that came together to make the day so special. We are both so blessed to have the day as a memory that will live in our minds forever.
Venue: Fort Indiantown Gap Keystone Conference Center. We chose this venue for several reasons. We had been to a few weddings during our engagement and fell in love with the landscape which overlooks the mountains. We also fell in love with the lodge look and exposed beams in the bar and dining room. It was the perfect place for our family and friends to gather.
